Tepic bypass is open
This is new, it does not even show on my GPS which I just updated maps on. It leaves just after the toll booth heading up the hill on 15D and joins 15D again well east of Tepic. 107 pesos for my truck...

Called my friend in San Blas and the road is open part way but not all the way to San Blas. It is barracaded and torn up at the end. Not sure how far down it is open but do not try going to San Blas on that route. I will use the alternative route. Crossing border at Nogales in morning.
