US-90 in Louisiana isn't particularly smooth.
Also, the US-98 Bankhead Tunnel at Mobile has ONLY 12' CLEARANCE. If you're taller you'll need to go the I-10 tunnel or way around on US-90 to the bridge.
Beware that the Mobile Bay ferry will not accept RVs if tides are runnning too low.
