We've done about everything mentioned here. Love to ride the bikes from the CG to the end of the canyon and back. One can stop at pulloffs where the bus doesn't stop. Great for pictures. Angels Landing is spectacular but crowded, as are the Narrows. First time I did the Narrows was from top to bottom as an overnight trip with the Boy Scouts. This was in the 60's and we didn't see another soul until the last mile or so of the trip.
For a different view, try the Observation Point trail. Kind of across the river from Angels Landing. For those looking for a little more adventure, head up the Hidden Canyon trail. Once you get to the sign that says end of trail, continue up the canyon. A variety of scrambles ahead. Easier to do later in the year, as there can be some decent size water holes in the spring.
