This would be a tremendous boost to RV traffic direct to Yucatan from the US if it ever gets going.
On the other hand, I believe that a Houston to Cartagena, Colombia container ship is operating from Houston, TX. Smaller shorter Class B's can go inside a container, but larger RV vehicles (up to a specific length) get loaded onto a RORO....
Also, on further checking, there in indeed a cargo/container route from Houston to Puerto Progresso....I don't know if they have RORO shipping (RV on a RORO), but I would speculate that they do. The minimum cost shipping a container from Houston to Progresso is in the $1470 USD range one way.
