Riding the dunes was a big highlight for our kids. duneguide.com has a lot of information and links for rentals and camping.
I think your stop "I" is where we saw the seals out on the rocks.
For your last night "S" if you decide to go a little further Ferne Cliffe SP near Goreville, IL is a nice smaller campground with a dump station and electric. It is not far off I-24. I just got to see your map on the desk top computer. Wow! What a trip! You guys are all seasoned RVers, you can do it! I do think it will be easier with the RV. Nice rig.
