This is a really hard question to answer because of the Alaska Cruise being right in the middle. Your Coos Bay to Vancouver leg just plain sucks. You'll miss a lot of what the PNW is and all the historic sights as well.
On the return why don't you see the upper half of The Provence's. Drop down to Lake Superior and see a very special place, Isle Royale, it is a fascinating National Park. There is Voyagers before dropping down to I.R. There is so much to see and do up there.
Also the PNW should be driven from North to South, California should include all the Redwoods, Ferndale, Shasta Dam and Mountain, Mt. Lassen, Lake Tahoe, Bristle cone Forrest, Death Valley ...
You could spend your whole 2020 vacation doing the Southern NPs and the PNW.
