We try to be friendly and wave, but in a moving RV, most of the time the other driver can't see us anyway. However, when we moved to this little southern town 12 years ago, we made a point to wave at all our new neighbors, those driving in and out, and those that just happened to be outside. Now, with a lot more homes in the area, and a big change in all the folks living here. nearly everyone waves at everyone else. With some of the newer ones, it takes them a while to learn, but they all seem to pick it up after a bit. Of course, this in in the south, adm most of us were taught to be friendly from our youngest days. We also say "good Morning, Thanks, sir, and Mam".
