- I wonder if Elfie needed the "Depends" on that ride? ;) She is much braver than my wife, though. My wife would refuse to go on that trail or anything remotely drop-off-ish.
I've been thinking of taking the tour down Black Bear this July. After watching the video, I'm starting to think I could do it myself with the GX470. Air down the tires, put 'er in low range and low gear... then nice and slow. - I've seen this before. You have to love Elfie!!!

I did not think she was THAT bad. She was just a bit more apprehensive, which caused some nervous talkativeness. At least she was not SCREAMING the whole time. I would have had to get out if she was doing that...but I enjoyed the ride to the bottom even with the ever present murmur to stay right, back up, you ain't gonna make it, etc...- Look at that town down there. :C

That was an adrenaline rush just watching it.
Great video. The camera angle gave a perspective that allowed for that "along for the ride" feeling.

- I have driven Ophir, Imogene and Oh My God roads and several others - the worst on in British Columbia - but not Engineer or Black Bear.
