It can happen anywhere. My wife went to a Dodge dealer for an oil change.
Was told we need $857.00 worth of calipers, rotors and pads, without ever removing the tires!
He did not know that the "lady" owned a NAPA parts store, and her brother is a heavy truck mechanic.
Later we took a look. The front end needed nothing!!! The brother had put pads on the truck within the past year.
I have to wonder just how many thousands of dollars in future repairs/purchases have now been lost from us and others we tell, as a result of the lie.
