This scam has been reported year after year at this same Flying J location. This is not a company station, but is a franchise and the tire shop is owned by the same person. Either it is not being reported to the proper UT authorities or they just don't care how the tourist are treated in UT. Oh, I forgot, the UT AG was just arrested and charged with multiple felonies. Maybe he was being paid off by this fine UT businessman........
