Before anyone gets too excited about running a domestic fridge and airconditioning half the day at an all-up cost of $2000, that IS NOT going to be realistic.
One mentioned X kWh(where X is a fairly large number) of LFP batteries without mentioning the cost of just the batteries. Others mentioned large pure sinewave inverters costing just a couple of hundred dollars which can be had but you can be had by buying them.. Then there are the big solar systems that are guaranteed to be full-charged by early lunch time.
Anyone looking to solar needs to study up on the subject and learn the tricks and the traps and the limitations and advantages before jumping in. A well engineered system is just about set and forget, but a poorly specified system will bring you a lot of grief.
BTW, I'm a fan of solar and one of my rigs doesn't have a generator or a mains connection and we have spent 6 months at a time in it enjoying all the comforts of home - including freshly-baked bread, satellite internet and electric blankets. And no propane installation on board either
