Mike: We have always had 2 policies on the Dynasty and toad. Our Bounder is covered by Progressive thus it has comp and collision included for about $5.00! But they do not cover repairs that are done in Mexico. If the vehicle cannot be driven they will tow it to the USA. Your toad will probably not have Mexican coverage from your USA insurer.. Also make sure that the USA policy for the MH does not have limits as to where in Mexico it will be covered. I have heard that some only cover for a few hundred miles for the border. The comp will not have any of the bonus coverages such as theft of contents. Just glass and collision. Just loosen those purse strings and get 2 policies!
