Tell you GPS to Avoid Tolls.
Or on Street Atlas, look for the green lines and route around them.

Ugh! I don't know of any toll roads that an RVer would be comfortable paying with quarters. We keep a roll of 20 dollar bills on hand for tolls. ;)
Always have at least one roll of quarters stashed up front in case you end up on a toll road by accident. - VE3ESNExplorerSome toll roads, like the 407ETR around the Greater Toronto Area do not have toll booths. If you don't have a transponder, a camera takes a photo of your license plate, and you'll get a bill in the mail, no matter where you live. The private company that owns this highway has reciprocal agreements with other states and provinces. We avoid it like the plague; just too expensive.

I mention this because increasingly toll roads and bridges use some form of electronic tolling. Dropping quarters in a toll booth basket is an old pleasure that's disappearing.
