One toll booth, our last toll was $1.70 MH towing and using IPASS.
That toll booth can have a long backup depending on time of day and day of week and the IPASS lanes are always faster as long as there are no accidents causing traffic issues. They rebuilt that whole section of I80 from west of the toll booth through Indiana to the toll road entrance a few years ago. Traffic can be heavy at times but barring an accident, traffic always flows at a reasonable rate.
The IPASS through IL can be used anywhere EZ Pass is used and really saves time on the IL tollway system.
