EZ-Pass works everywhere EXCEPT Florida
Better to stay on the interstates. The only place you would have to worry about tolls is in the Orlando area if you are visiting the Mouse or any of the other attractions. And then you still have the choice of free passage on surface streets instead of the expressway system.
