CloudDriver, you sound like us, we drive between 55 & 60 and get up to 63 if the traffic warrants. Too many things can happen too fast at faster speeds, and one is not going to stop a RV on a dime.
As for 2 lane roads, we drive between 55 & 60 if they are good wide roads. If they are not, we may be down to 45, we are not going to let narrow vehicles dictate the speed we we will travel in our MH when one wheel is on the edge of the road and the other is skirting the center line. Yes, we travel those narrow roads, because we find some of the nicest places to boondock there. The passes are steeper, but we have not run into one that the 454 could not handle.
