Exactly. I only have one season under my belt, but I planned several routes on "local roads" because I'm not totally comfortable with my old Allegro above 60 MPH.
I found that planning around interstates takes you on roads that are not RV friendly. Narrow, winding, tight tiny towns, etc. They make the trip more tedious and stressful than just hanging in the right lane on the interstate. Interstates have lots of lanes so people can go around you.
In driving this thing just one season I've learned to just let them go by if they want to. Here in the Northeast I always catch up to them at the next traffic jam anyway.
