Toronto ON to Gloucester MA then North in 31Ft Class A

I like visiting National Parks and Seashores. Walking on nature trails, taking photos of birds and other wild life. I am interested in local history and any of the seaports. I don't think I should go anywhere near New York City. Unless there is a nice campground within walking distance to transit. I am interested in anything nautical and would love to spend a week in a campground with an ocean view and nice beach to walk along. Every year we head West. It is past due that we discover the East Coast.
