You might want to stay one night there and move on. Vermont and New Hampshire are beautiful. The Vermont Cheese factory and Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream factory are fun to visit. When we went to Maine, we stayed at The Narrows Too in Bar Harbor. They have a free shuttle to take you into Acadia National Park. Are you interested in New York City??
