Torreon to San Miguel de Allende
which is the fastest route between Torreon and San Miguel de Allende...through Zacatecas and then San Luis Potosà or to go down through Aguascalientes and Leon...thanks les

We took the bypass around SLP from the west a few years ago and because we came under the heavy truck category(dually and trailer) had to take the northern route. Between the truck traffic and trains it was a miserable hour+. The signs specifically directed us to take the north route rather than the much shorter southern route. I have no idea if you can take the southern route. We said never again.
