tourist card in Los Algodones
Can we get a tourist visa at the Los Algodones crossing? We know, we can return them there, but never purchased one at that location.

I thought even getting it on line still requires you to get it stamped on the way through otherwise it is not valid.
We didn't see any Mexican border personnel in two visits to Algodones but there is a building there so maybe someone is around
