even here in the Southern Colorado mountains this has been the coldest, cloudyest, rainyest, snowyest May in the 10 yrs I've been summering here. Wolf Creek Pass hasn't closed but its had several snow storms in the last few weeks leaving 6-12" of snow. Many of our high country trails & lakes are still snowed in. But after years of drought and wildfires, we're not complaining about the extra moisture.
