Transit through Yellowstone? South ent to west ent

You DO NOT want to take route 22 over the Teton Pass west of Jackson. 10% grades and sharp curves. Been there, done that in our 24ft class C, never again.

If you want to avoid going through Yellowstone, head south out of Jackson to Alpine Junction, then west on route 26 to Idaho Falls and route 20 north to West Yellowstone. Your transmission and brakes will thank you.
