Travel Ban in Pennsylvania due to winter storm

Well, the huge storm is winding down...we got about an inch at my house :)

Last night, the dire predictions said I was in the 8-12 inch area...I consider a foot to be a nuisance snow...hardly worthy of a state of emergency...

In all fairness, they are getting more farther east but nowhere near what was forecast...
