Alabaster Caverns SP has an evening bat presentation, if you would like to see the bats fly out.
Little Sahara SP has some nice sand dunes. But of course there are dunes in CO too.
Glass Mountain, halfway between Enid and Woodward, is a place to stretch the legs and climb to the plateau (not really much of a mountain). Not worth going out of the way, but if you are driving 412 it is a good excuse to stop.
Out of Tulsa I usually take US-412 west to Clayton NM. Sometimes I stay at the Clayton KOA. But if it's not too hot I'll boondock in the Rita Blanca National Grassland, at a little roadside rest stop a half mile south of Felt (a tiny place SW of Boise City.
