Travel from Detroit to Florida in February

If you find that you need to stop in the Knoxville, TN area, there are two Parks just north of town on I-75.
Volunteer RV Park and the Escapees RV Park. They also rent to non members.

Pick towns where you will want to stop and do a Google search for `_____ campgrounds' and put the town in the space and take your pick. Obviously call ahead to be sure they are open. When you get far enough south you can sanitize the system and be all ready to go when you get to Florida.
We sanitize the system and let it sit in the piping for at least three hours then drain onto the highway.
We also use Trailer Life Campground Directory.

We've stopped at Berea, KY 2 campground and little further south is Renfro Valley which takes passport during the week. Allatoona Landing north of Atlanta, GA or on the south side Atlanta South. From there down almost every campground is open so where ever you want to stop.
