Always carry a circuit tester (receptacle tester) and you will be able to determine for yourself which outlets are safe anywhere you go - especially in Mexico. They cost under $10 at any hardware home improvement store or wherever. Do not hook your RV up to an outlet that has a bad ground or reverse polarity. Get a dogbone (electrical adapter) so you can use the tester on 30amp or 50amp circuits too. Never plug your RV in without first checking the circuit you are about to connect to.
