I live in the heart of the construction zone on I-95 in northern Virginia. Traffic congestion is the worst I have ever seen it. I used to tell people there were windows of opportunity to make a smooth transit through here. Not now, and not for the foreseeable future. If it isn't construction bringing traffic to a standstill, it's an accident. Do yourself a favor and avoid this area.
