When we travel that area the way we go depends on what time of day it is. After 6pm we stay on 95 then go 695 East around the tunnel. Before 6pm we run the CBBT. If you do choose the CBBT use 113 off of 13 in MD/DE. It is a bit longer...but you miss the 17 stoplights in 10 or so miles. 113 makes a short loop towards the coast and joins back up with 13. The other important thing to remember is the Delaware Memorial Bridge. If you have purchased an EZ Pass to use on the many toll roads north of NC, DO NOT use it at the DMB. Their system doesn't know the difference between an RV and a Commercial truck. You will get charged $20 instead of $8-$10. They recommend you put the EZ Pass in it's foil bag and go to the cash lane. I found this out the hard way!
