There are some decent grades, particularly in the southern part of the Blue Ridge Parkway. They aren't extreme, and the speed limit is not super high (and with curves such that the actual speed stays somewhat reasonable). Many RVs of all sorts of descriptions go over the roads every year.
The tunnels are primarily in the southern part of the Blue Ridge Parkway. There is one tunnel in the northern part of the parkway, and one (Mary's Rock tunnel) on Skyline Drive. See here for the Blue Ridge Parkway tunnel heights; Mary's Rock tunnel has a height limit listed as 12'8". A typical travel trailer should have no problems at all with any of them.
