It depends on where you go and what your ATT charges for a roaming plan. Check with your service provider for your details, they have a ton of plans that you might be subscribed to. In general, ATT would roam on the Roger's LTE network, so you can google that for coverage details. Roger's LTE is a good data network for Canada, might not be as good as US 4G data networks.
