Traveling on the New York Roads

I don't mind tolls except when construction is rampant and your backed up in traffic because of it. They should suspend the tolls during those times.

I had to pay $6 to cross a stupid bridge here in WA last week and believe me, it is a rip off but the alternative is 100 miles out of your way or a ferry so they know they have a captive audience.
