X2! The same can be said when you hit peak season in a place like Yellowstone. Yup, streets are narrow (rememeber they are old cow paths with paving), a LOT of people live up here, and we have a very short season. "Midwest" says "Chicago" to me. Ever try to get through THAT city during rush hour? It's just the way it is.
Chi-Town is a breeze at 2:00 a.m. Anybody that takes an RV through a major metro area during the daytime should expect to see the local inhabitants trying to make a living!
