Wow, good point about practicing with the gloves -- I never thought of that. At the start of each winter, I practice using my chains in my nice warm dry California driveway -- of course, when I go to the mountains, I bring gloves and a tarp and everything, but I have never actually tried putting on my chains with gloves on. That should be fun to watch -- I should sell tickets!
