Traveling to Palm Springs in Feb 2015
I was wondering if anyone has used route 247 out of Barstow down to Joshua tree. We have a 30 class c towing a car behind. This is our first trip to Palm Springs.We are leaving from Vancouver BC.

We have Relatives that We visit in Yorba Linda so know several routes that help Us navigate the Los Angeles area.
When We are headed to the Desert we exit I5 at Hwy 46 ,East to Join 99 South and through Bakersfield to Hwy 58 ,then East over to the Mountain pass to Kramer Junction!
It is usually getting Dark so We often Overnight at The Rest Area near Boron!
The Next Morning it's a quick and relaxing jaunt over to Palm Springs/Indio or even down to FOY!
