Travelling from Nevada to Alaska in the Middle of Winter

Hello all! New to this forum and quite excited! I did some searching of the internet in hopes of finding the answers I need and did find "some". At this point, I feel I just need to ask the experts...

- The signs I posted are from before the rule changed, and after the rule changed.
- The last link I posted dictates the rules in words that must be followed.
- Yes, Canada does allow studded tires on our Hwys, however they have to be mounted and removed from the vehicle by specific dates dictated by each province.
