I'm revisiting this post because I'm considering taking my TT once again. I have co-workers who is making the trek right now as I type this and he too is traveling with his TT.
AKsilvereagle, you have a lot of good info and I greatly appreciate it. I'm currently running Goodyear Duratrac AT tires that are quite new, so plenty of tread. I just ordered a set of SZ492 Super Z8 "chains" for the rear tires. This is going to be a dumb question but should I use a set on my TT as well?
I'll be purchasing the oil pan and trans pan heaters as well. I've been communicating on a chevy forum and others recommended the same. I did ask about the battery blankets as well but I might look into the batteries you mentioned.
