Travelling from Nevada to Alaska in the Middle of Winter

Hello all! New to this forum and quite excited! I did some searching of the internet in hopes of finding the answers I need and did find "some". At this point, I feel I just need to ask the experts...

Further to my earlier post. Media is putting out more info....restrictions are for Non-essential " travel. Being on Military Orders should be exempt for the COVID test requirement but I , personally, would contact CBSA keeping a copy of their email response or the name, badge # and their title of the person on a phone call.
