travelling through New York heading south
the GPS keeps giving us road warnings of low clearance,no RVs and 20lb max propane on the parkway. I have no idea what route to go to get from Pawling, New York to Virginia, or if I can even get ther...

We're driving a class A, 25' motorhome
We leave Conn,not far from Pawling,NY....you can go either of these two ways with no problem.....84 to exit 1 in Pa....then down 209 to Stroudsburg to 80 west to exit 306..then 33 south to 22 thru Allentown,Pa to 78 to 81...nice ride..some hwy and some 2 lane good road...or...go 84 from Pawling to 87 south at Newburgh to Sufferin,NY and then 287 west to 78 west to 81....all hwy but not a bad ride....
Someone said watch the trucks....they are not a bother at all...and there are trucks no matter where you go....Have a nice trip...Chuck
