Does anyone know of an app for route planning around some elevations? M'lady and I both have COPD type issues and while we can handle 7000 feet or so just fine , we were wondering about handling some ...

I use Google Maps to look at the various alternatives and then use flattestroute.com to check grades for towing (it also has the elevations). It shows the grades and elevations for every point on the route. It's quite handy IMHO.
