Besides if they gave out tickets to all the overweight trucks transportation would come to a halt and the country would be bankrupt. Further south I have seen inspectors checking for faulty emission systems on trucks. But they could never stop all those old Dinas or farm produce would never reach the distribution centers. Just common sense.
