From Grand Canyon head north from Flagstaff through Monument Valley, stopping for the night at Gouldings RV, then on to Mesa Verde and Durango. DO NOT GO NORTH ON THE 550 OVER THE MOUNTAINS IN THE RV! Rather head east to the 25 and go up to Denver, Estes Park, Rock Mountain National Park, and even Glacier if you have time.
