From what I can currently determine, about 40% of gas & diesel being sold in Mexico right now is imported since they started to allow this earlier this year. Most of it coming in by truck. I suspect that much of the diesel in Northern Mexico is actually ULSD. I may take some samples. Maybe people can keep a watch out for US plated tanker trailers headed south and how far south you may be spotting them.
