Unfriendly customs officers :(

A couple of years ago we crossed into Canada at Niagara Falls going to Toronto for medical treatments for my teenage son. The Canadian Customs Officer was very nasty. Typical questions where are you going, why are you going there and are you carrying anything illegal or large amounts of cash. He even yelled at my son for listening to his iPod, yelled at him turn it off and put it on the floor.

Coming back was a very pleasant experience. The US Customs Officer couldn't have been nicer.
