Yeah, PA is ridiculous - you'd think for that much money per gallon, the roads and bridges would be in better shape. I grew up there, and you could always tell when you left any other state bordering, and came into PA - you got bounced out of your seat and the hubcaps flew off. But slide over into Jersey and our taxes are 2nd lowest, after only Alaska. I paid $2.11 for regular yesterday.
