That one is only a short part of 191 going out of Vernal to Steinaker State Park OR Red Fleet State Park.
This one is from Vernal to Flaming Gorge.

Thanks for the correction. I didn't watch it. We've stayed at Steinaker State Park and also at the top overlooking Flaming Gorge at Firefighter's Memorial campground - nice big sites - national forest - 1/2 price with Senior Pass.
