US 285 Ft. Worth to Amarillo
What is the road like as I am driving a 38' Class A with a tow? Also, any RV parks along the way.

It is about 5 to 5 1/2 hours on US-287, less than 350 miles. I'm not sure I would do an overnight stop. Copper Breaks State Park is at about the halfway point, and there is a commercial RV park in Quanah (have not stayed there, my Quanah destination is the state park).
Next place of any size is Childress. I know it has motels, don't know about RV parks.
