- BillMFlExplorerOct is my favorite out west. Can get light snow in high country and chilly nights, but days are mostly sunny and cool. Some parks close down by mid Oct and snd crowds are pretty much gone. I like late April/early May too. Can be a lot wetter but thats when the deserts bloom.
- 2gypsies1Explorer IIIOctober and April/May. November can start getting cold.
- profdant139Explorer IIYou can't go wrong. I have been there in October and in April. Both are cool, breezy, wonderful. Less likelihood of rain in October, I think. But I have seen snow showers in Bryce in April, and I am glad that I did -- you can imagine a dusting of snow on red rock towers. This shot does not do it justice, but it is the best one I have:

- Son_of_NorwayExplorerI prefer October. I think the weather is a little warmer than April and there is not as much chance of storms.
