Utah Route Winds Down Past Aqua Pools Maybe Hot Springs?

Hey All....I've about driven myself mad trying to recall a route I took back in 2005 through Utah. The geological formation was unearthly. You come over a rise from the top and descend this very windy...

I have contacted the state tourism and there are NO hot springs in that area. They recommended some up in the NE corner up towards Lava Springs in Idaho. We planned to go there last summer but had something come up that caused us to cancel the trip. Maybe this summer?
