Utah Route Winds Down Past Aqua Pools Maybe Hot Springs?

Hey All....I've about driven myself mad trying to recall a route I took back in 2005 through Utah. The geological formation was unearthly. You come over a rise from the top and descend this very windy...

I was at the top of Moki Dugway shortly after a major rainstorm. There were some nice pools of water in the rock hollows at Muley Pt, that added a nice foreground to photos. But no salt crusting or views of pools off in the distance.

A road that winds past hot spring pools sounds most like Mammoth Hot springs on the north side of Yellowstone. But that's a long way's from Utah.
